      I only have worked at startups so I am used to the thrashing around - it’s exhausting but I learn a ton

      Cons

      It’s hard work. And the learning curves are steep if you don’t come from a comp sci background

      None. Company is circling the drain. The water spins faster the closer it gets.

      Cons

      Years of poorly managed partner strategy has led to decline. Senior leadership fails to understand how it is evaluated by partners and what its strengths and weaknesses are.
