I'm giving my genuine feedback here. I see 5 and 4 star ratings here that's why i reacted . Please don't trust those ratings. It's not worth. 1) Less job security, Use and throw policy 2) Vizag Administrative team is not much supportive. I see HR simply asks employees to leave if they don't need. HR means human resources but here forgot the responsibility of it. Accounts team not supportive for any tax and declaration related queries . 3) Worst health insurance policy, i never see such policies in my previous companies . 4) No work life balance. Heavy pressure. 5) I didn't see any board with company name in that building . Don't know the reason.
