      Pros

      I have been working for almost 3 years now as permanent work from home and still the same feeling. Happy with balance life work. The management still keen to look after to their agents. Compensation is great with good benefits and perks.

      Cons

      The only thing I observed is that application is a bit longer to process. And I hope they will add another free dependents in HMO.
