Though Gaditek's overall atmosphere is truly inspiring but cloudways has the worst toxic background. - You get to learn alot
Cons
- The Assistant Manager, Content (Technical and Marketing), Head of Brand Communication and many others left due to toxic culture - If you want to survive you need to lick the boots of your heads - Note: Noone say the truth about the company due to the NDAs. You can never join any IT company all your life so all the previous employees went to small firms. You can google them as well. that ruin their career. Best of luck for being the part of the circus
