Lots of reorgs, lack of direction, budget cuts - Marketing Clover Employee Review

Marketing has gone through near-constant reorgs, lacks leadership and strategy at a high level. Constantly understaffed. Never enough budget to run programs adequately against competition. Required 4 days in office, minimal excepts. Promotions and raises are at a minimum
