Pay is good if you work hard and keep your options open, equipment and trucks are newer and available, organization is second to none, coworkers know what they are doing and can be counted on, management is always willing to listen and help make work or work life balance better, newer impound/compound facility, company is changing the face of the industry so that drivers aren't looked down on anymore, company pays a minimum wage even if it's slow(not many companies do).

Long hours. Difficult work-life balance. Work is life. Just the way the industry is.
