Pros
I've worked in the Club OS Austin office for over two years. It has a great office environment. I look forward to seeing my coworkers every day. Everyone is friendly, relaxed, and straight-forward. There's a strong effort to build an office culture with frequent work events (dinners, happy hours, Top Golf, etc.) and in-office events like catered lunches every other week. Club OS is a startup so there is the opportunity to grow. I've personally been able to transition into a role that is much more aligned with my personal goals and is giving me the chance to develop career skills that translate outside of Club OS.
Cons
Because Club OS is a startup, departments and roles always have the potential to shift or change. If you're able to adapt and accept new responsibilities/challenges then you can actually be very successful in this environment. If you're uncomfortable with an ever-changing work environment then you may find Club OS challenging. My position has changed three times in my two-plus years at Club OS. It hasn't always been easy, but I've found each new role has given me opportunities to develop my professional skill set.
