Cons
Very poor work culture. Laziest staff are rewarded. DM's try to be 'cool' with staff rather then managing the shift. They appear to promote people based on length of time at venue, rather then skill, so you end up with very bad leadership. Staff encouraged to talk with each other, about each other instead of providing customer service. Very limited staff management skills and problem solving skills showed by shift managers. Lots of favouritism shown, but always to the staff who do do the least or cause the most problems.
