None! Everyone works hard to make it an inviting work place environment!

Great job if your currently in or fresh out of high school - you will learn SO MUCH about managing your day, cold calling, sales, marketing skills, etc. The sky is the limi! This is NOT the job for you if you are looking to pay rent/mortgage, car payment, have any medical insurance, profit sharing, retirement or make more than minimum wage. This is more like a paid internship where you work reallly hard for a tiny bit of money.

If you're an adult already in your career or have ANY experience whatsoever don't even waste your time. Remember that the CEO and COO are AMAZING salesmen, if you think you'll make money here it's because you've been 'sold' on idea. That may be ok for some, eg: Kara the amazing hiring manger consistently tells people how she's downsized her life to live off the pennies paid by Club Wealth and how it's worth it. That may be true for her, But for most people...like me...they get better and do better each year. Making more money and securing more of their financial goals. If your last name is NOT Hellilckson you WILL NOT make any money at Club Wealth. I repeat you only want this job for training or experience.
