A very flexible schedule, the satff and supervisors are super supportive and communicative. They respond very fast and ask your preferences and needs from the company.
Cons
Not consistent work during school breaks, and the company doesn't offer health care.
- high pay due to being a contracted company (schools hire the company for support)
Cons
- you placement/school can change at any point
- the BCBAs are GREAT! but literally can't help you/support you, aren't involved that much and are ultimately only there to supervise you for your 5%
