Pros

The Company's mission is fantastic - "protecting society from harm". It's one of the reasons I was drawn to the business. The leadership team are all approachable and work well together, with the ambition and drive to grow the company, make it a success and have happy staff. There is a great community that Clue is involved in; lots of networking and hundreds of exciting opportunities. The product works!! The customers are happy and are able to customise it to suit what they need it for. The people are great and we have a great, flexible and trusting culture.

Cons

The office is outdated, which is known and is being addressed with a refurbishment planned. There is a lack of training and development generally, but I've heard that this is going to be looked at. There's lots to do and we're still developing ways of working

Really appreciate your response and the feedback you've given. We do have a fantastic product (that truly works!), a great team of diverse individuals who all share the same goal and believe in what we do. What more could you want! The office is a work-in-progress and needs some work, this is in progress. And it is a busy time for everyone right now in this scale-up journey we're on but we are committed to investing in our people so will be implementing programmes and training opportunities wherever possible. Pros

Clue has one of the friendliest and most supportive cultures I’ve experienced. Everyone is genuinely willing to help each other, and you always feel like you’re part of a team working toward something meaningful. It is evident that the company’s mission and values guide the work and motivate you to push hard because you know the impact it has. Staff are treated well, the benefits are solid, and the pay feels very fair for the role and responsibilities. It’s the kind of environment where you feel valued, trusted, and encouraged to grow. Another standout is the customers - working with organisations tackling some of the most interesting, complex, and important challenges out there gives you a strong sense of purpose and makes the role feel meaningful day to day.

Cons

If there’s one area that could still improve, it would be communication between departments. It’s always getting better, and there’s clearly an effort to make it smoother, but there’s still room for continued progress as the company grows.
