Pros
The company is scaling up quickly but still has a great work atmosphere. You can literally chat or have a coffee with anyone - from starting employee to founder/CEO. There's a pleasant can-do attitude, but with respect for people, work-life balance.
Cons
If you are looking for a place where everything is worked out unto the smallest details, you better look further. This is a scale-up, and if you are not ready to roll up your sleeves and work with processes that still need to be implemented or fine-tuned: you will be frustrated, and should be looking for a large corporate. But you'll miss out on the fun.
