Pros
It's in an interesting industry. There is a good use of technology for meeting company needs. You have the ability to learn a lot of different skills due to the high turnover since you will preform the job duties of those leaving plus yours.
Cons
The poor morale is due to managements clear wish to appear as caring by providing random gifts, cool raft trips, etc. However, there is a huge amount of nepotism, low pay, shifting job duties, poor benefits for their non-exempt employees. If you are a friend/family of the partners, you'll have it made.
