Hybrid working environmenttwo days required in the office

The commercial lead named Adanma expected an employee to travel daily Nakuru and Nyandarua for 5 days consequently which could lead to burnout, extreme fatigue and even sickness without facilitation of transport, accommodation and per diem while carrying bulky merchandise(which also she refused to cater to and know how this merchanise is to get there). despite others advising her not and she said she doesnt care if you die so long as the work is done, and if so she will replace you(heard this and I was shocked). Showing no compassion for workers. The pay is terrible.Also despite being in the field u are expected to attend meetings while in the market, reply to emails, and messages within minutes; if not, you are terminated and labeled unresponsive. Pettiness is her vibe and very toxic. When they say women are their greatest enemies, believe so and she has very little regard for human life!! sad state of affairs. Great to see previous reviews here addressing this.
