That you get to quit your job

They hired me for an Operations role. The day I joined I was told that I am going to be a glorified customer service representative. The CEO had anger issues so nobody stayed in that role for long. The other co-founder would openly cuss and say degrading things about women. Little bit of transphobia from other senior managers. Vendors were not paid well enough so the food supplied at the PGs was substandard. The best thing CoHo ever did was shutting down operations. No work life balance. I left the job after a few months and I am sure had I been there I would have ruined my life.
