Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, it really is appreciated. I hope that you also participated in our Employee Engagement survey last month. In regards to clients cancelling, our recent 10-q filing for the second quarter of 2018 would show otherwise:
“For the six months ended June 30, 2018 our contract renewal rate for existing CoStar subscription-based services on annual contracts was approximately 91%, consistent with the six months ended June 30, 2017”.
