Thank you for your feedback and your time for writing a review. We use these reviews as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the training and increase the performance of our managers. At CoStar, we take development very seriously and managers are supplied with training to equip them to carry out their roles as expected. They are accountable for practising the behaviours we have taught and using the resources that we provide to help. It is their job to ensure best practices are maintained. However, while we have a high performance culture, we also have a very inclusive and social work environment where we want our employees to bring themselves fully to work and share important life events such as getting married.
