I've been with Coalfire for several years and I mostly enjoy the freedom to work remotely and the competitive pay. On the Federal side, certain job aspects are bound to contracts and Coalfire makes it a point to hire and retain top quality talent.
Cons
On the Federal side, it's a little bit easy to feel detached from the rest of the company when you're on a contract. HR can be a little bit hard to get a hold of.
