Pros
Work life balance is unbeatable. 10 holidays and depending on where you are you can pick your schedule. Benefits package is better than most companies with pension plan, health, vision, dental, 401k, and FSA.
Cons
Some leaders have a difficult time with moving forward in a progressive manner. Technology has been difficult to implement which can be frustrating and lead to wasted time.
