Decent 401k plan; after the first year, the agency contributes regardless of whether or not the employee does; amount increases every year until tops out at 7.5%.
Cons
Severely underpaid. No raises, no bonuses, regardless of how hard you work. Agency programs do not function as one, but rather work against one another, making it difficult to coordinate client care. Huge funding limitations- staff required to complete online documentation without adequate technology.
