      Money can be good in season and if you get in the profit sharing

      Cons

      Many OSHA concerns in summer weather. Force staff to clock out but stay on site. Very shady upper level managers and owners.

      My duties were easy and we only needed a small team for night shifts.

      Cons

      Upper management very blatantly disregards lower-level employees and their opinions, and they've been known to my team and me for secretly talking badly about us in disrespectful terms.
