Pros
Friendly co-workers. The people on the production floor made this a bearable place to work.
Cons
This company could be a great place to work except for the blatant favoritism that is rampant at all levels of this company (from boardroom to production). If you are related to a manager or the owners you have it made here. If you are female too bad, you are stuck in menial, lower-paying positions, and good luck trying to get into management. In my years at this company I didn't see one female in a management role and they get by-passed for the better paying positions. Also supervisors/managers are not trustworthy. They act like they care but then talk behind your back.
