Great company where you can learn from top-performers of the industry and share experiences with people who have a deep understanding of how things need to be done in such a complex manufacturing environment.
Cons
There is still a lot of the "Old School" management style that can become bureaucratic and certain initiatives whose outcomes do not really impact performance.
