I have nothing to complain.

The people that worked directly with me in my department and a handful of other good people. Sadly that is where it ends.

This place was and from what I hear still is very unhealthy, tragically nepotistic. Worrying every day if you were next to be fired. I have never seen a company fire so many people, Salaries are under average. It is nepotism. I have never been a part of a more toxic company who values their employees so little. If you are not in the 'inner circle', you will always be on the chopping block. I knew it was an unhealthy environment but it was not until I found my current role at a new company that I realized just how unhealthy that place was. Save yourself the anxiety and pass on the interview. Corporate culture is dead. They do not and will not invest in their employees. They hardly provide any 'perks' and every year, after after years of dedication to this place, you start at ZERO vacation time at the beginning of each year - this is so tehy do nto have to pay you out when you leave. Disgusting place, gross employers. Harsh review, yes...but I truly hope it saves at least one person from dealing with this nepotistic group who only care about the bottom line and will trample any and everyone to increase it. There is no loyalty. I forgot how great companies can be and thought their abuse was normal for a while there.
