Extremely unprofessional management. No leadership. They say one thing and do another. Management is extremely hands-off, which is fine, but then you are subject to the consequences—no communication. One of those firms where bad behaviour is accepted if you're a big biller. Several tenured big billers run the place and probably wrote all the positive reviews Extremely difficult to integrate as a new person your looked down upon, and it's very cliquish. Different standards for different people.
