Pros
The team at Coda is fantastic. There are several big producers having record breaking years. The leaders are dedicated and lead from the front. The company is scaling quickly and opportunistic in hiring Leaders and Producers. The training is thorough and well received. The company is small enough that the culture still matters. They know your name and your contributions are recognized. You get all the technology tools and support you need, without micromanagement.
Cons
There are some growing pains. Finding good talent to join us is difficult in 2021 - the best market in decades. We can be selective and base some hiring decisions on availability of the managers for mentorship. This can sometimes limit us from making entry level hires.
