      Pros

      Latest technologies such as : Next JS, Framer Motion, Tailwind etc are used. Friday is half day if work is complete Pay is above market rate if you are a lateral hire

      Cons

      Managers are not very good at their job and it shows. Projects are very short term such as 1-2 months, so its hectic Every project starts in chaos and in the end they rush in tons of folks to clean up the mess. Wouldn't recommend joining here if you want a steady work life balance

      Thank you so much for your feedback and really tangible things that you experienced and that we can get better on. We agree that we need to help our managers more to give them the support and tools they need to help their employees get better and feel safe and supported. We are leaning into that and have been having small group meetings with managers as well as 1:1 coaching as needed.       Pros

      Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

      Cons

      Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
