Pros
CodeCombat has a lot of supportive people in the company who are always ready to help you and walk through processes with you if you feel stuck or need a refresher on how to do something. Great benefits and fun team environment. They also promote growing and learning while you are working there. They value each member of the team.
Cons
Working remote can keep you from really connecting with everyone on the team (they try to alleviate this with video meetings and setting up time to speak with other members outside of your team). The company is newer so they are still working on programs and solutions and bugs are still being worked out.
