      Pros

      - There are people internally who are always willing to help others. - There is a willingness to look for workers all over the world and give them the opportunity to work remotely.

      Cons

      - Non-existent Project Manager, or at least, with 0 desire to help and support new employees in the training phase of the company. - An abusive use of constant activity during working hours. Even if there is little work activity. - Lack of communication between design and code departments. - Difficulties when it comes to payment, since they only offer Payonner as a payment method

      - A constant challenge. No such thing as a boring day - Plenty room for employees to grow internally if they want to (and work for) - Company culture. There's truly nothing like it! - Global team - Flexible hours - Flexible minds :)

      Cons

      - For the most part, you don't get to meet your colleagues in person. - Getting used to time zone differences might be a challenge.
