Pros
Their creativity to come up with reasons for not paying you the money you make.
Cons
- Worst HR & Payroll department, You'll be their cash cow and they expect you to do everything like get a job without their assistance, negotiate with vendors, follow up on payments etc. - They will file your H1-B around the basic prevailing wages, they pay you that salary on a monthly basis. The remaining amount you make will supposedly be released at their mercy. For example: If you make $80/Hour, they will pay you the salary of 65K per annum ($32.5/hr approx) and then the rest goes into this virtual stash of money ! You'll have to follow up gazillion times to get them to release money which is actually yours. Successful may be once in 100 times and that too not all money is released. If you quit, then good luck and assume your money is gone. They'll come up with all kinds of reasons like vendor payments not received, expenses not received etc. - You'll be asked to follow up with the vendors for the money they allegedly haven't paid. Not sure why they have a legal, HR, Contracts team etc. - Marketing team doesn't exist, they're like bots applying to the various positions multiple times, they'll flood the market with your resume. They hardly have good contacts with actual companies and often become an additional layer to the existing hierarchy. Sadly, there is no use of reporting this, it'll continue to happen as they have mastered the skill of finding out the loop holes in H1-B program and exploit their employees to the fullest ! Kudos to the modern day slavery !!
