Pros
Many of the engineers on the company are very talented and because of that, it's very easy to grow and gain experience if you know who to talk to. The environment is cool and there's the possibility to use informal clothes.
Cons
Even though it is easy to gain experience in the company, you'll hardly be rewarded for that, neither will have more responsibilities. Sometimes it looks like they want some people not to grow too much.
