Pros
-A chance to contribute to a company that will be one of a few to define the industry. -Promotions are swift -Managers/executives that listen to your feedback -Company is always trying to Improve -Strong product -Something that is needed if you know how to represent and sell it.
Cons
-Company will listen to you but not act on it despite showing vast data to prove a point. -Leadership CEO and COO are very poor. -Not much work gets done in the Polish office, it's a cultural thing. -Company started to lay people off -Competition is eating them When you interview with the company they sound good, but they are never going to go any place. The CEO can't manage to get funding and the COO is kinda clueless. They often won't say what needs to be said because it hurts feelings and overall the company is getting hit hard by it's competitors. Company is not honest about customers and experiences a lot of loss. Codility has no enterprise play, at one point SMB and Enterprise started sharing leads. The company truly does not know how to grow an account, but this is not the "relationship developers " fault they just don't have good leadership. Most of the sales staff simply take orders rather than consultative sell.
