Pros

The pro is just 1 thing (even that thing is a con, that you'll realize it later) that you don't have to work like actual work. Like you just have to teach same thing again and again and again and again. You aren't learning something new, not even working in the industry, not even adding anything to your experience. After 2-3 years when you would like to switch it would be so so tough, because you claim that you've worked 3 years but there are no skills no industry experience, no industry level projects nothing. And its been 3 years you passed out so you're not even eligible for freshers jobs. The only thing you're left is that you're now a teacher (nothing against it) but I don't think anyone who joins CB has the ambition to become teacher. It's a trap guys please save yourself.

Cons

Everything is a con. There is no professional decorum in the company. I wouldn't even call it a company. Its a joke. They don't respect your time, boundaries (there've times I have stayed till 12 in the night and expected to come at 6am next day). The salaries are always delayed (max I experienced it 20 days). And they threaten that they'll not pay if there are not enough enrollment (even its not your fault. Sales team is inactive, even they're not at fault. They are paid just above minimum wages). Guys please save yourselves. The environment is so so toxic that you cant even believe (I have seen the CEO burning hair of the HR and yes she was a girl. I have seen the Co-founder take the phone of recruiter and lock her in a room and order food for every staff. The bill was ~25k). Just dont expect this to be a company, its just a circus in a hostel and guys its not what you want, I know it sounds fun but in professional life and real life its a fools paradise. You won't be able to escape.
