Owner doesn't no what his doing, he struggles doing simple task such as rotas and training. No real training. asked about drink recipes and was told don't worry about it. Manager and new and existing staff are all doing things different as there is no set procedure so customers get different drinks depending who has served them. Not enough hours, was suppose to be full time but no one gets close to 35hrs or over as there is too many staff and the boss doesn't understand how to do an effective rota so you end up with alot of staff turnover.

Free (decent) coffee, great coworkers, many locations

Cons

Management values money and profit over the quality of everything they sell, forces employees to sign NDA's as to not let customers know about the source of their pastries, continually dismissed concerns as "irrelevant" while price gouging the customers for subpar food and coffee. Owner is narcissistic and aloof to the realities of running and creating a successful brand. Somehow absent and overbearing, doesn't allow employees who know how to create momentum to do so.
