So glad to hear that your team and the broader Seattle team is having a good time! The more we operate as a high functioning team, the more fun and rewarding this will be. If you haven't already, please read Patrick Lencioni's "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" to help perpetuate this vision of high functioning teamwork. Seems like it is going right in your sphere, but to improve and guard against mediocrity, we all need to have expertise in how to function as a team.
