Pros
The culture is amazing and the company allows us to have fun while getting our work done. Most of the time you really feel like management and employees are more friends/co-workers vs boss/subordinate. The projects we work on are very interesting and provide challenge and creative out of the box thinking. Overall they are an amazing place to work and the company provides an environment that encourages team work and good problem solving. The culture in the office is one that is hard to find anywhere else.
Cons
When we are busy sometimes there isn't a real clear line between work life and home life and work is almost expected to become more important than things going on outside of work.
