      Covenants agreement contain some very disturbing clauses, some of them are forever and extend over your decedents, other are forbid you for work for anyone in the same area for period of 1 to 2 years.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
