Pros
I joined this company in the month of March, worked there for 4 months but due to some health issues I had to leave as it was an extreme situation. The managers and the team leaders are very supportive there. The team Leaders really understand the well being of their team mates.
Cons
There are lots of communication gap in the Hr team. Some of them don't even know how the HR policies work. Behavior is similar to that of a school teacher. They think raising their voice will sound them more confident and logical which is not.
