Pros
The salaries were competitive with the industry.
Cons
First two years were amazing as the people were friendly and all levels of management were approachable. All of this changed once Jeff Margolis left his position as CEO, as then the entire company just became chaotic and absolutely no one was sure if they had a position from one day to the next. Constant "re-organization" as we were always told. This place to work became a sharks den, as people started to turn against each other and then with a lot of new staff people were frustrated with a lot of folks needing to be trained so the vacant positions also became yours along with your own. Morale was at its lowest point, management in a state of a mess. Well hey though, just think of the new offices...lol. I have since been contacted by numerous recruiters asking me to take a position with Trizetto and I must say I would rather work for Mc Donald's.
