You can get really far, really fast within the company without any expertise or experience. Indians get extra points. If you ever want to be marginalized and looked down upon by people from India in your own country, this is the employer for you. Also, the perfect place to learn that "quantity is always better than quality" principle. I got a 1.7% salary increase after 2 years within the project (I denied the salary increase as it was disrespecting), no other compensation, bonuses or recognition for their employees, considering that it was the year the company had the biggest increase in annual profits over the last many years. All of this was happening while my project was achieving all the targets and milestones the company kept adding. Simply put: The worst company I ever worked for, don't go there.
