Pros

A fantastic environment for someone new (or old) to the industry - support, not pressure. Their reputation and success comes from doing an excellent job for clients and candidates, and this attitude is true all the way through the organisation, at every level.

Cons

I can't think of any. Left for personal reasons, but I look back on my time there so fondly.

They have a great book of business with clients that pay on time.

Cons

They're running a Ponzi Scheme. They're currently under guidance from HMRC (UK Tax Authority) to pay back loans. Unfortunately they're paying these loans (and other contractors) with cash from accounts that should have been paid directly to contractors they recruited. This is called a Ponzi Scheme
