Pros
- Remote office and good salary/benefits - Constant workload so your never bored - Good work is recognized by supervisors and can get bonuses - Some really great people in subject matter expert positions who are absolutely amazing in their jobs
Cons
- It’s really gone downhill in the past couple years and lost a lot of its former pros - Bad communication from senior management - they don’t ask for your expertise or (do an then ignore it), stuff gets messed up and than they blame you - Too much stuff going on at once, we are always jumping to new projects and never finishing things because of managements whims - Mission is getting muddled with too many initiatives - and staff are getting burnt out (and senior leadership doesn’t care) - Culture has changed: they pretend everyone has a voice but they really don’t - If you are a good employee you’ll get more work but rarely a reasonable salary increase or a promotion - and they change the review process every year so you don’t even know what to expect
