No job appreciation or reward. Past failed management style still utilized. Toxic culture. Old toolsets from the 70’s 80’ and 90’s. Forced accountability from other departments mistakes or inadequacies. Lied to, cussed at, guilt tripped, backstabbed, title intimidation and thrown under the bus by several management personnel. Collaboration with outer departments don’t listen to experienced results.
