Strategic Accounts are saturated, and territories are lean.

Work/life balance was actually pretty decent as were the employee benefits. O worked with some absolutely wonderful people during my tenure at Cohesity.

Unfortunately, there were also quite a few downsides to working at this org. Program ownership wasn’t a thing. It was “fall in line or get out of the way” for most situations, which was incredibly disappointing. There was absolutely zero path to promotion despite jumping through every hoop that senior management and HR kept putting up. Also, as far as executive leadership is concerned, I interfaced with them almost daily in my role and always felt like a number. We had some incredible folks in leadership and then some really bad eggs. Constantly felt like execs were fighting amongst themselves and it very much seemed that if you didn’t agree with Sanjay, out you went. Lots of “yes men” whilst bickering constantly at the VP level.
