Pros
37.5 hours per week. Comfortable dress code (jeans OK). My manager is the best I've ever had. Flex Fridays has just started (once you hit your 37.5 hours on Friday, as long as it is after 11:30 or noon depending on when you normally start the day, you will be able to leave). Partner overseeing the admins makes sure we all get Admin Day recognition, a birthday lunch, and a little $omething extra at end-of-year. OT is available if you want it (and it is expected that you will want it and will do it). Work from home when necessary. Offices all over the US, and medical insurance costs the same whether you're in NY or Texas or California or Georgia (good for cities like NYC or LA where salaries are higher due to COL; not so good for the opposite)
Cons
There is no time to relax and draw a breath. It's full out work all day, every day. When someone is out on medical or maternity or vacation, we are slammed with OT. Not everyone works to full capacity or competence, but I've never seen or heard of anyone held accountable.
