Management cares about employee well-being. Remote only so hours are somewhat flexible as long as you get your work done. As a Junior developer, I needed a lot of help getting started and the team has been very helpful. Pay is pretty competitive, and benefits are good.

Difficult to understand the actual work (blockchains and crypto), many different components and you have to figure out how to work with them based on projects you take on (this is also a good challenge).

Great people to work with, managers are great and actually care about not only the company but also their teams. Flexible work schedule, lot of help for people just starting out in the industry, but there is a LOT of information to learn.

I was unfortunately let go as part of a big layoff but I don't hold it against them, it's business at the end of the day and they had to answer to their stakeholders. I do wish they were more transparent about it because we were all blindsided. The pay was decent but kind of low compared to rest of industry. The healthcare benefits were not good initially but got better over time.
