Doesn't walk the talk - Anonymous employee Colacurcio Brothers Construction Employee Review

Great pay, good benefits. Better than I have found since relocating to another part of the state in the construction industry. They keep you busy. Most employees have been there a long time, many years. Tight knit group and was growing when I left. I miss just about everyone I worked with. Huge emphasis on safety in the workplace. Responsive. Anytime I had a question or issue with a supervisor, one of the owners would meet with me and work it out. Christmas party! Need I say more?

W. Washington weather. Working outside in the cold and the rain kinda sucks. Didn't offer direct deposit of paychecks until 2017, I would have liked that a few years earlier. Sometimes they take jobs a little out of the area and there is more of a commute.
