Brand Awareness, allows you to get more business than with independent brand. Lots of the latest Technology tools to provide your clients the information necessary to make the best deal. Because of the size of this company you get substantial discounts with 3rd party vendors.

Cons

Initially you give up a large portion of your commission to the company but with successful sales volume you can take a larger portion of your commission and give less to the company.

Cons

Although we are independent contractors,the broker continues to micromanage and it’s unbelievable how much money they take from our commissions.

Pros

I loved working with the agents. It was a good way to get into marketing especially if you have real estate experience.

Cons

There is no upwards mobility. This company invests heavily into diversity and if you are not part of a certain demographic, you will not get promoted. There were also frequent layoffs while I was there.
