Pros
Coldwell Banker is cutting edge in their marketing support of their agents. They offer educational sessions on line and in person every day on one topic or another. I have a lovely place to work and there is always someone to answer any questions about transactions with people or paperwork.
Cons
Like any real estate company, an agent is responsible to creating all their own business. When you do get a company referral, such as through relocation (CB works with the biggest relo co in the US), the fee is usually 30%-50% of the commission the agent makes, plus the cut that CB already takes.
