      A few really great people

      Cons

      Office politics. Incompetent management. Constant lies. The work is evil. No future. And the minute youtube figures out that it's cheaper to to cut companies like this loose to avoid class action suits, this company is over.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed interning for this company. Honestly some of the nicest people I ever had the opportunity to work with.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little higher. I was paid the minimum wage in California, but it wasn't that big of an issue for me since I was based in another state.

      Awesome, very human leadership. Openness to new ideas, best practices. Work/life balance, and mental health is valued.

      Cons

      Opportunities for greater company communication, but this is/was being addressed.
